1. Where are you located?
You can find us at 155 Redpath Avenue, in the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood.
2. Is there parking available on-site?
There are quite a few parking options when arriving for your appointment. There is free one hour parking North of Roehampton and South of Eglinton on Redpath Avenue. There is on-site paid parking available in the attached condo building at 185 Roehampton Avenue. There is also a paid parking lot directly across from the clinic on Redpath Avenue. Please note that street parking on Redpath between Eglinton and Roehampton is not allowed.
3. Do you offer receipts for insurance purposes?
Yes, the majority of our services may be submitted for reimbursement to your insurance company through your extended health care coverage. All insurance companies and policies will differ in terms of coverage depending on their reasonable and customary pricings as well as yearly maximums.
4. Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?
Although we do offer all of the information required on our receipts for submission to insurance companies, we do not offer direct billing services.
5. Is Functional Medicine covered by extended health care?
Our Functional Medicine practitioners are registered with their respective colleges (Chiropractic and Naturopathic) therefore a portion or all of your appointments may be covered by your extended health care. All insurance companies and policies will differ in terms of coverage depending on their reasonable and customary pricings as well as yearly maximums.
6. Is lab-testing covered by OHIP or extended health care?
This depends on what testing you have been recommended for and the terms of your extended health care coverage. Any extended health care coverage you may have must be discussed with your insurance company. Any other information regarding coverage will be offered to you depending on what testing you have been recommended for. Functional lab tests are usually not covered by insurance companies.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard.
8. Do you offer financing services?
If you are ready and willing to commit to your treatment plan, we are ready and willing to discuss your options. Book a complimentary discovery call with our Client Care Coordinator for more information.
9. Can I use my health care spending account?
Yes. Please check with your HR department to be sure.
10. What are your office hours?
Our reception desk is available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm and Sundays 12pm-5pm.
11. Do I still need a primary care physician?
Yes, we do not provide acute care services and we do not replace the services that your current medical team provides.
12. Does your office accept patients that live in other cities/countries?
Yes, we can work with any person in any country depending on the service being provided.
