THE LOVE TUNER
The Love Tuner is an excellent pattern interrupt. What do I mean by this? It means that when I am experiencing a difficult moment I can use the love tuner as a way to bring healing vibrations to my nervous system and to the people around me. It was a no brainer for me to buy this for my kids last year. They will go upstairs and use them on their own when they are feeling stressed but most of the time when we use them it makes us laugh. THE RELAX INFRARED SAUNA
Throughout my years of practicing Functional Medicine, I spent a long time looking at saunas.
